Naomi Xu Elegant

Naomi Xu Elegant is an author and journalist living in New York. Her debut novel, Gingko Season, published by W.W. Norton in 2025, was named a New York Times Editors’ Choice and one of TIME Magazine’s 100 Must-Read Books of 2025.

Naomi is a co-editor of Gully, an independent literary magazine, and writes a monthly newsletter called luanqibazao.
